Welcome to Yellow Pages USA ("ypages.us", "we", "us"). By accessing or using this website, creating a business listing, or purchasing a Premium Listing, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Our Service. Yellow Pages USA is an online business directory that allows businesses across the United States to create free listings and, optionally, upgrade to a paid Premium Listing with additional features such as photo galleries, video embeds, featured placement, and enhanced SEO options.

2. Business Accounts & Listings. When you create a listing, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information about your business. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to edit, suspend, or remove any listing that is inaccurate, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise violates these Terms.

3. Content You Submit. You retain ownership of the text, photos, logos, and other content you upload to your listing, but you grant Yellow Pages USA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the directory. You confirm you have the right to use and share any content you upload, and that it does not infringe on anyone else's rights.

4. Premium Listings & Payment. Premium Listing subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout, until cancelled. Payments are processed securely by Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment processor and merchant of record; Paddle's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your transaction. Prices are shown at checkout and may change from time to time, with notice provided before your next renewal. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.

5. Acceptable Use. You agree not to: submit false or misleading business information; list a business you are not authorized to represent; upload unlawful, infringing, or offensive content; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the site's security or normal operation; or use automated tools to scrape or bulk-extract listings without our written permission.

6. Third-Party Links & Advertising. Listings may include links to third-party websites (such as a business's own site or social media), and our free pages may display third-party advertising. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties. The site and all listings are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep listing information accurate but cannot guarantee that every listing is complete, current, or error-free, since much of it is submitted by business owners themselves.

8. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yellow Pages USA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including reliance on listing information or business dealings arranged through the site.

9. Termination. We may suspend or terminate your account or listing at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; any active Premium subscription should be cancelled separately per our Refund Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes affecting Premium subscribers will be communicated by email where practical.

11. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Yellow Pages USA operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
