Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid Premium Listing upgrades purchased on Yellow Pages USA ("ypages.us"). Our free business listings do not involve any payment and are not covered by this policy. Payments for Premium Listings are processed securely by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and merchant of record.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Premium Listing upgrade, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, no questions asked.

After 14 Days. Refund requests made after the initial 14-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription term at our discretion, particularly in cases of accidental duplicate purchase, billing error, or a service outage that materially prevented you from using Premium features.

Subscription Cancellations. You may cancel your Premium Listing subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewal charges, but does not automatically refund the current billing period — your Premium features remain active until the end of the period you already paid for, unless a refund is separately requested and approved under this policy.

Non-Refundable Items. One-time add-on purchases that have already been fully delivered or consumed (for example, listing generation or content work already completed at your request) are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.

How to Request a Refund. Contact us at our contact page with your account email and the business listing affected, and we will respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks. We encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, since we're generally able to resolve billing concerns faster directly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may have Premium features suspended pending investigation.
