His diversified background, coupled with his extensive restaurant experience, makes Winter Caterers a unique and sophisticated establishment. His credits follow: Tavern on the Green; Trimachi, Riviera Chateau; Head Chef of Riviera by the Sea; and owner/chef of the Harbor House.
