Westside Childrens Center

Founded in 1987, the Westside Children's Center provides a range of foster care and reunification services for children affected by abuse and neglect. It offers child care, adoption and family support services. The center s family support services include assessments, parenting education classes, specialized child development, nursing consultation, case management, and individual and family therapies. The Westside Children's Center administers the Teaching and Learning for all Children (TLC) project, which is a family-centered, strength-based program that includes services for families with young children. It also offers family preservation services that feature referrals, and ongoing assessment. Additionally, the center organizes games, rides, silent auctions, and food and art activities, as well as several fundraising events. The Westside Children's Center is located in Culver City, Calif.
