Founded in 1997, Tropical Smoothie Cafe serves a variety of food options that compliment the smoothies. Based in Huntsville, Ala., it has more than 275 locations offering made-to-order real fruit smoothies, toasted wraps, bistro sandwiches, grilled flatbreads and gourmet salads with meats and cheeses topped with produce and sauces. For the children the menu features kid-sized wraps, quesadillas or a cheese pizza along with a 12-ounce smoothie blended for juniors. Tropical Smoothie Cafe also caters for parties and business meetings, offering made to order bistro sandwiches and toasted wraps, bowls of gourmet salads and platters of cookies along with real fruit smoothies.
