Nobu

Nobu Las Vegas, opened by award-winning chef Nobu Matsuhisa, is located in Las Vegas. It serves a variety of specialty dishes, such as limestone lettuce with rock shrimp and scallop, asparagus with hollandaise sauce and salmon roe, sashimi tacos, slow-cooked salmon and white fish sashimi with dried miso. Its other specialty items include green mussels with salsa, Kumamoto oyster half shell, oyster salmon roll, white fish kelp roll, sashimi chips with spicy miso sauce and baby spinach salad with white fish. Additionally, the restaurant serves assorted mixed seafood ceviche, tomato ceviche with rock shrimp, yellowtail jalape o and spicy tuna. The restaurant also operates an online store that sells the Nobu brand of dinnerware, sake and beer.
