Challenger Lighting

For more than 32 years, Challenger Lighting Company Inc. has been manufacturing contract lighting lamps. Based in Elgin, Ill., the firm provides a range of lighting products and vanity fixtures, including floor, desk, workstation, table and torchiere lamps. It is a recipient of the HD Awards for Excellence from the International Interior Design Association in 2000, 2001 and 2002. The firm's custom finish capabilities allow customers to match existing lamps, case goods and fabric colors. Several leading hotels in the United States use the firm's lamps and fixtures, such as The Westin Bonaventure Hotel, Chicago Hilton & Towers, Hyatt Regency and The Palmer House Hilton, among others. Some of its other clients include Xerox Training Center, Wyndham Hotels, Walt Disney and Starwood Vacation Club.
