Welcome to Alexander's Restaurant located in historic Ambridge, Pa., owned by William and Kay Barlamas. Ambridge is a borough in Beaver County, located in Western Pennsylvania, incorporated in 1905 and named after the American Bridge Company. Ambridge is 16 miles northwest of Pittsburgh, alongside the Ohio River. The Barlamas Family has been in the restaurant business since the early 1920's. On February 2, 1952, with the help of their children, Barlamas' Luncheonette was opened. In the early 1960's they expanded into Barlamas' Restaurant with the continuous support and faith of their patrons.
