In 1984, Cindy Feldman and Ira Ludwick decided the time had come for a different kind of hair salon. One built on a commitment to five keys to success: a commitment to their guests, faith in their employees, a passion for the highest form of customer service, working only with the finest products available and a dedication to continuing education and personal growth.

It worked.


Today, having expanded for the second time, Progressions salon-spa-store now has a staff of more than 35 trained professionals, including award-winning stylists, colorists, manicurists and estheticians. Well established as one of the leading salons in the Washington area, they are member of Intercoiffure, an organization of the world's top salons.


In addition to their professional leadership, Cindy and Ira have maintained a tradition of community service, having raised tens of thousands of dollars for many causes.
