Enlightened Fitness LLC

Providing highly specialized, personalized programs and wellness education for all activity and interest levels while nurturing the body, mind and spirit of each individual.   We offer private, small, or large group sessions in yoga, yoga therapy, personal training, holistic health, personal growth coaching, corporate wellness, plant-based nutrition, fitness assessment, performance enhancement, injury prevention / rehabilitation, and sports-specific training.  We also offer Reiki and teach classes in meditation, mindfulness, and relaxation/stress reduction.  Enlightened Fitness offers our services from various venues and will travel to your home, place of business, or other location to provide the training needed to help you develop to your fullest potential. Enlightened Fitness also offers service through yoga in the fields of addiction/recovery, depression/anxiety/PTSD,  trauma healing, and works with mental health professionals to aid in healing.
