National Child Welfare Resource Center for Adoption is a center operated by Spaulding for Children, a nonprofit organization established in 1968. The center offers adoption and preservation services for abused and neglected children, and provides training, consultation and informational materials to welfare organizations throughout the United States. The center specializes in providing technical assistance to other organizations that includes program planning and improvement, policy development and family services reviews. The services offered by the center include medical and financial support, adoption consultation and assistance, and educational scholarships.
