<p>&nbsp;Rosco's Pizza opened its doors November of 2010 in the Alaskan fishing community of Ninilchik.&nbsp; The idea was simply to create fantastic food in a fun, casually Alaskan atmosphere served with genuine hospitality at a price that keeps people coming back.&nbsp; Here's how it's done at Rosco's:&nbsp; </p><p>FANTASTIC FOOD:&nbsp; Start with delicious recipes developed from decades of cooking in excellent kitchens across the country.&nbsp; Use top shelf ingredients:&nbsp; real olive oil, fresh produce, choice meats and cheeses.&nbsp; Hand-craft everthing from scratch with equipment and techniques born in Italy and perfected in our Ninilchik kitchen.&nbsp; Add love.&nbsp; Taste and enjoy.</p><p>ALASKAN ATMOSPHERE:&nbsp; Our wall murals feature the unique art from local artist Linda Smith.&nbsp; Much of Rosco's wall decor is picked from local galleries, shops and even the Kenai mountain trails.&nbsp; Our rustic log furniture is hand-built by local Anchor River craftsman Ken Scofield.&nbsp; Retail items are locally produced or crafted here on the Kenai Peninsula.&nbsp; Stamp our dining room &quot;Made in Alaska&quot;.</p><p>GENUINE HOSPITALITY:&nbsp; We don't always serve from the left (or is that serve to the right??) at Rosco's... we are more interested in making you feel comfortable than following rules.&nbsp; If you have dietary needs or have something special in mind, please ask.&nbsp; We will make you feel well taken care of here at Rosco's.&nbsp; We can also accommodate large or small catered parties on or off premise.</p><p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
