Brasilia Grill belongs to a traditional family gaucho, pioneer in the area of B.B.Q in the U.S, and originally from Rio Grande do Sul, southern Brazil. Gauchos are masters in the preparation of meat for barbecue, where the unique flavor of barbecue charcoal prepared in excellent quality make the barbecue unforgettable. Brasilia Grill is opening in the year 2000 with over 20 years of experience. Besides the traditional rodizio barbecue, we offer delicious plates from different regions of Brazil in our menus (Rio Grande do Sul, Minas Gerais, Bahia, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro).
