Cottonwood Grille

The Cottonwood Grille creates contemporary American dishes handcrafted from the freshest local ingredients. Its prime beef comes directly from a local processing plant and it is aged in-house under the close supervision of Cottonwood s chef. The Grille s poultry is raised with a natural process and delivered the day after harvest. Its shellfish are grown off the floor of the sea, to eliminate the presence of grit and pollutants. This process makes for a clean, plump and healthy crustacean that can be delivered live, only hours after being pulled from the water. Menu items include Chilled Prawn Cocktail, Crispy Calamari, Fried Polenta, as well as Beef Stroganov, Braised Idaho Lamb Shank, Stuffed Prawn Florentine, Chicken and Gorgonzola Fettuccini, Pan Seared Idaho Trout and Jumbo Prawn Scampi.
