Started as a tiny hole-in-wall in 1989, Pizzicato has gone from neighborhood to neighborhood adding pizzerias around town. Each of our restaurants has a slightly different selection of food, beverages and services catering to its specific clientele. What's in common is our nearly fanatic devotion to freshness and quality. Our dough is made from scratch every day and we toss each pie by hand to achieve an unparalleled crust. Choice ingredients for toppings and salads are sourced locally and we offer completely recyclable and compostable packaging and dishware for to go orders.
