<p>There is a quote that goes Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work again. So when your job is more of a dreadful chore, that brings no sense of enjoyment or something you cant take pride in. Perhaps its time to step back, reevaluate, make a change and ask the Lord for guidance. Thats the point we where at in the spring of 2013. We no longer wanted to be miserable day in and day out five days a week, with our jobs and anxious the other two days for the upcoming week ahead. So after six years of friendship, working with one another, and discussing on numerous occasions how ideal and fun it would be to run our own business. We decided to do just that and go into business ourselves. </p> <p></p> <p> We knew two things from the very beginning. One, we wanted to run our business based on our Christian principles and beliefs. With honesty, integrity, and diligence. Second, we wanted a business that could provide something exciting and fun that was both kid and family friendly. So we began looking at things we both love and loved to do as adults and kids. Things like camping, playing outdoors, paintball, video games, and games like man hunt as kids all came to mind. The idea of a mobile laser tag business was nothing short of a blessing from God. Between conversations that came up, dreams, signs (in some cases literal bill boards), and the way things have panned out for us. He pretty much told us what kind of business we should open.</p> <p></p> <p> Even with all the signs and excitement of planning a business. The fear of the unknown struct us. After all we both worked construction for several years and we had no clue if there would even be a market for something like this. Sad to say this but, we almost gave up on the idea before we even really started. Then we came upon a quote by C.S. Lewis, which gave us the push we needed to move forward.</p> <p>

Lewis, The Magicians Nephew</p> <p>The quote itself is great because its no good, if you apply it to your circumstance. See, if we would have given up and not started the business (not Striking the Bell). We would have wondered the rest of our lives what would have happened if we had been more adventurous and started the business (Striking the Bell). Needless to say, we did figuratively strike the bell and havent looked back. We have been enjoying every moment since and look forward to sharing our business with you.</p> <p>
