Yoga Source Santa Fe

With two locations in Santa Fe, New Mexico, YogaSource is a vital center for Yoga practice and study in the Southwest. YogaSource offers over 50 classes per week to students at every level of practice. Our classes are taught by our long-standing staff of dynamic teachers, all of whom are highly skilled and devoted to Yoga.

In addition to our weekly classes we also offer Series classes and Workshops in all aspects of the Yoga practice - topics cover beginner and advanced studies as well as providing special classes for those with injury or medical conditions. This year we are pleased to offer for the first time an in-depth YogaSource Teacher Training.

Throughout the year we host several Senior Teachers from around the world -- Paul Cabanis, Dean and Rebecca Lerner, Sri H.S. Arun, and Carrie Owerko are some of the yearly regulars giving Workshops at our studio.

Both our studios provide sanctuaries for practice - fully equipped with props including custom-made benches, rope wall and back-benders. YogaSource also has a retail store that carries an excellent selection of yoga props, clothing, books, and cd's.

Yoga is a transformative method for achieving a positive state of well-being in mind and body regardless of age or physical condition. Our aim is to provide excellent Yoga classes and make the benefits of Yoga practice available to all.
