Grand Harbor Resort & Waterpark

The Grand Harbor Resort and Waterpark is the home of one of Iowa's first themed indoor waterparks. The resort houses 193 guest rooms with 31 suites with views of either the city or the Mississippi River. Amenities include a mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, dual line speakerphone with dataport, and 27-inch color televisions. In addition, pay-per-view movies and Nintendo are also available, and select rooms have high-speed internet access. The resort s River Walk Restaurant and lounge with 200 seats overlooking the Mississippi River and the Waterpark. The 25,000 square- foot indoor waterpark features Huck Finn II with waterslide, water cannons, squirt guns, a lazy river, pools, two giant whirlpools, a giant bucket that dumps nearly 800 gallons of water every 9 minutes and many family-oriented aquatic activities. The Grand River Center is more than 130,000 square-foot convention, meeting and learning facility, that is connected to the Grand Harbor Resort and Waterpark through an indoor climate-controlled skywalk.
