In 1996 the company incorporated under the name of Brocki Electric, Inc. as Frank Blackman joined Stan as a full partner to broaden, streamline and increase the customer base. Frank became the sole owner of the company when Stan retired in December 2003 and the name changed to Brocki-Blackman Electric, Inc. during the transitional phase. Today the company is known simply as Blackman Electric, Inc. and has grown substantially under the leadership of Frank Blackman.
