Hair Follicle Drug Testing Center

We offer a 5 panel hair follicle drug screen that includes testing for: Cocaine, Opiates, Phencyclidine (PCP), Amphetamines and Marijuana. Drugs are not detectable in the hair follicle for a period of approximately 7 to 10 days after use because it takes that amount of time for drugs to reach the hair follicle. On average, drugs are detectable in the hair follicle for a period of 45 to 60 days after use. In some situations, drugs can be detected for up to 90 days, depending on the growth rate of an individual's hair. Hair follicle drug testing is better for detection of a high usage situation and is NOT ideal for one time use. A participants hair must be at least 2 inches in length in order for a hair follicle collection to be performed. No samples will be collected from any area below the neck. The collection involves cutting, not pulling the hair, and therefore is painless. Only a small patch of hair is cut from an inconspicuous area and is not typically noticed after collection. Test results for hair follicle drug screenings are typically available in 3 to 5 business days, not including the day of collection. We offer a 5 panel, 7 panel and 9 panel drug screen through the urine. The 5 panel includes testing for: Amphetamines, Marijuana, Cocaine, Opiates (Codeine and Morphine only) and Phencyclidine (PCP). The 7 panel includes testing for everything within the 5 panel in addition to: Barbiturates and Benzodiazepines. The 9 panel includes testing for everything within the 7 panel in addition to methadone and propoxyphene. Drugs are detectable in the urine for 24 to 48 hours after a one time use and for 5 to 10 days after use for a habitual user. Test results for urine drug screenings are typically available next business day in the event of a negative test result. Positive test results take a few extra days for confirmation. We offer 2 different screenings for the detection of alcohol in the urine: ethanol and Ethyl Glucuronide (EtG). Ethanol can be detected in the urine for approximately 24 to 48 hours after use. EtG is the metabolite of ethanol (alcohol). EtG can be detected in the urine for 3 to 4 days after use. Test results for urine alcohol screenings are typically available in 24 to 48 hours, not including the day of collection.
