Print and Mail Preview Letters, Personal Invitations and Reminders

Pay Facility Deposit for the Saturday Night Function   **Some Restrictions Apply**

Handle Event Reservations

Help Coordinate Evening Program

Provide Photo Nametags and Guest Nametags for Saturday night

Print and Distribute Alumni Directories (Saturday night)

Greet and Register Class Members and their Guests

Provide a Photographer for Photos Provide Table for
