Pamper'd Palate appetizers include hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, such as beef, poultry, veal, lamb, pork, fish, vegetarian dishes, fruits and cheese. It offers the food in different styles for the events, including butler, buffet, banquet and half and full sit-down styles. Its entrees menu includes peppercorn beef with saut ed mushrooms, smothered steak with saut ed peppers, onions and mushrooms, catfish filet cooked in Creole sauce, dilled salmon filet with lemon sauce and lemon broccoli pasta with mushrooms, tomatoes and garlic olive oil. It offers customized menu for weddings, including the wedding cake and a special menu for children. Pamper'd Palate is based in Overland Park, Kan.
