Curbside Ortho is New Jersey's only virtual-first orthopedic practice, providing same-day telehealth appointments with board-certified orthopedic specialists from the comfort of home. Founded by Dr. Ken Montgomery, a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon and Team Physician for the New York Jets; and Chihao Tsui, a physician assistant with 15+ years of orthopedic experience, Curbside was built on a simple belief: expert orthopedic care should be easy for everyone to access. Patients can be seen same-day or after hours for acute injuries, chronic pain, sports injuries, fracture evaluation, and orthopedic second opinions. Curbside clinicians provide fast diagnosis, personalized treatment plans, and direct coordination of prescriptions, imaging, physical therapy, and in-person specialist referrals when needed. Curbside Ortho is in-network with several major insurance plans, including Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and United Healthcare, and also accepts HSA and FSA payments.
