Founded in 1985, Ritz Charles is a dining and catering service provider. It has special event and conference facilities in Carmel, Ind., and Overland Park, Kan. Ritz Charles serves private residences, businesses, sports arenas and special event sites. Its Carmel facility has several ballrooms that host formal dinners for up to 1,000 guests. The facility organizes band and dancing events and business retreats for over 30 people. It also hosts seminars, luncheons, fashion shows and wedding receptions. The facility houses a garden pavilion and a chapel that has a seating capacity of up to 260 guests. Its rooms are outfitted with televisions, as well as videotaping and video conferencing equipment. The facility serves soups, quiches, cookies, cocktails, salads, sauces and cakes. Its menu also features a variety of beef, shrimp, chicken, asparagus, spinach and cheese dishes. The facility provides services to the Indianapolis Museum of Art, Eiteljorg Museum and Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
