Caf Brazil opened for business in 1991 as a 10-table restaurant that offered a variety of breakfast items and specialty roasted coffees. Today, the restaurant specializes in various beverages, sandwiches, omelets, quesadillas and desserts. Its signature menu includes chilaquiles, tacos, migas, French toast, and chipotle steak and eggs. The restaurant also serves various flavors of coffees, such as caramel latte, cr me brulee, hazelnut decaf, Brazil estate, house blend and English toffee. Its dessert menu includes pies, cakes, muffins, puddings, ice cream and cinnamon rolls. The restaurant s catering department provides breakfast and lunch catering services. Caf Brazil has one of its locations in Dallas.
