Wild Truffles

Wild Truffles is a full-service dining and catering restaurant. Its entr e menu includes wood oven-roasted California sea bass served with lobster and corn mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, halibut served on a bed of salsify, gold and Portabella mushroom hash and sweet n sour arugula salad. Wild Truffles offers a variety of desserts, including fresh fruit gratin with muscat sabayon, sacher torte with blackberry compote, tiramisu covered in dark chocolate on coffee sauce, mango mousse with papaya salsa and marnier cake with filets of orange, lime and sweet lemon. The restaurant provides special cuisine for private parties, business meetings, corporate events, weddings and cooking classes. Wild Truffles is located in Las Vegas.
