Therapy with Z, LLC

Therapy with Z, LLC is an independently owned mental health and wellness practice founded by Z. Hamilton Avery, LCSW. The practice provides online psychotherapy for adolescents, adults, and older adults as well as coaching, groups, classes, workshops, trainings, and retreats. Psychotherapy services address concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, chronic illness and pain, suicidal ideation, grief, stress, identity, and life transitions. Care is individualized and may incorporate practical coping skills, mindfulness, self-compassion, values-based approaches, and mind-body practices according to each person\\\'s goals and preferences.

Beyond psychotherapy, Therapy with Z brings together experience in clinical social work, behavioral health, yoga, meditation, massage and bodywork, and complementary and alternative medicine. The practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodiversity affirming, disability affirming, and trauma-informed.
