The Old Spaghetti Factory

Old Spaghetti Factory, located in Clackamas, Ore., is one of more than 30 Old Spaghetti Factory restaurants throughout the United States. It offers patrons a variety of Italian-style menu items, including spaghetti with various sauces, Tuscan chicken, meatball sandwiches, lasagna, fettuccine, salad, soups, wines and beers and desserts. The restaurant concept was established in 1969 in Portland, Ore. Each Old Spaghetti Factory invests close to $1 million per restaurant in antiques and other interior improvements, including a centerpiece streetcar and brass headboards that serve as bench backs. The restaurant also has banquet rooms for occasions, such as birthday parties, anniversaries, team sports events, company meetings and club gatherings. Old Spaghetti Factory is owned and operated by OSF International, located in Portland.
