All loft coffee is fair trade and certified organic. We bring in our coffee every week from Austin's Texas Coffee Traders and grind it only moments before brewing. This ensures the absolute freshest cup around; The loft is a non-profit coffee house supported by a team of individuals who want to give back to the greater community.
