The Little Gym

The Little Gym introduces children between the ages of 4 months and 12 years to physical activity featuring a gymnastics-based noncompetitive curriculum. Our professionally developed programs build motor skills while fostering enhanced emotional, intellectual and social skills. Each age-appropriate curriculum gives children the chance to progress at their own pace in a safe, fun and nurturing environment. This noncompetitive philosophy has served The Little Gym and our members well. We now set the standard for high-quality childrens development programs and have been ranked #1 in Childrens Fitness by Entrepreneur magazine for the 3rd straight year.
