The Backroom

Chef Kevin Lasko opens the door to his personal kitchen and invites guests over for dinner at his intimate dining space, The Backroom. Lasko's goal with The Backroom is to re-humanize the dining experience by allowing as much Chef interaction as guests would like, and by keeping ingredients as close to their source as possible.

The Backroom invites diners to a dinner party in the kitchen of a New York Times starred Chef. After years working in New York City at one of the most successful restaurants in Manhattan, Lasko returns to Vermont, where his passion for food first developed. Rustic and inviting, the laid back vibe of the restaurant works as the perfect background for the thoughtful and exciting cooking being offered.
