<p>The oven used by Smoky Hearth Pizza Company was inspired by the first owners.&nbsp; Mark &amp; Bonnie Gritsch are the current owners.&nbsp; Mark &amp; Bonnie literally&nbsp;stumbled into this business.&nbsp;&nbsp;The Sandy Community deserves much credit to our success for all of their support, they have become our new family.</p><p>Our Smoky Hearth oven facts graciously provided by the previous owners Don&nbsp;&amp; Jeanine Hokanson; the oven weighs over 6300 pounds. The hearth is comprised of Baker's Tiles imported from France. The incredible mass of the oven creates a reserve of heat that cooks a pizza from the top and the bottom in half the time of typical pizza ovens. This produces a superior crust and complete cooking of the pizza &Atilde;&cent;&acirc;&sbquo;&not;&acirc;&euro;&#157; no more doughy centers! The custom blend of hardwoods has been specially selected to enhance the flavors of the meats and vegetables providing a wonderful pizza experience.&nbsp;&nbsp;We&nbsp;give&nbsp;all&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;credit&nbsp;for&nbsp;our&nbsp;custom&nbsp;made&nbsp;oven&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;previous&nbsp;owners&nbsp;Don&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Jeanine&nbsp; </p>
