Smokey Bones is a full-service bar and fire grill restaurant that operates more than 65 locations in over 15 U.S. states. It maintains a staff of nearly 5,500 employees. The restaurants serve pork, grilled barbecue chicken breasts and smoked wings. Smokey Bones restaurants offer soups, sandwiches, and chicken and Caesar salads. Its restaurants also provide steamed broccoli, seared salmon, mashed potatoes, beer-battered onion rings, french fries, and fish-and-chips. The restaurants offer gift cards of several denominations. Smokey Bones operates the Bones Club, as well as provides online ordering services. It is owned by an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners.
