Simon Luthi

Simon Luthi coaches senior leaders who want to change their relationship with alcohol. Many high performers drink to handle stress, sleep, or pressure, and know it is starting to cost them. Most do not want a label, a 12-step meeting, or weeks away in rehab.
Simon\'s 12-month private program offers a different path. A medical partner handles the medical side. Simon handles the coaching: breaking the habit, rewriting the old stories behind it, and planning what comes next in work and life. Clients choose to drink less or quit, on their own terms and in full confidence.
Simon was Chief Strategy Officer at JPMorgan Chase and Head of Product at American Express Travel. He is a certified HeartMath coach and the author of Becoming the Rocket Shaman.
