Rainbow of Challenges, Inc. (ROC) is a private, non-profit, community-based provider of a vast array of supports and services for children and adults with developmental disabilities. ROC places emphasis on supports enabling each person we serve to achieve the highest degree of personal happiness and independence. Our staff are committed to providing individualized, wholistic, person-centered growth opportunities that meet each individuals needs and desires for their futures. Though WE provide the services, the actual creation of specific supports is directed by each individual we serve. The citizens we have been given the honor to serve for 40+ years have become productive members of their communities, active members of their families, and inspirations to humanity!
