Rose Ann Cloud’s experience in the beauty & art industry spans more than 20 years. Ms. Cloud's cosmetic background includes work in theatrical make up, make up design, and special occasion cosmetic applications. Her educational background also includes studies in various art specialties; including color theory, oils on canvas, watercolors, and acrylics. Rozan added the art of Permanent Cosmetics to her extensive skill set when she began her education of Permanent Cosmetics in 2001. She currently works with doctors as well as in her own practice performing cosmetic camouflage and permanent cosmetics. Rozan owns and operates Permanent Cosmetics By Rozan. Her business specializes in applying eyeliner, eyebrows and lips for a natural makeup look that is permanent. In addition, she works with Alopecia (hair loss) clients. Her cosmetic services are specifically for the artistic and natural appearing application of permanent cosmetics. Her pursuit of advanced seminars and workshops aid her as a professional in the field of cosmetic artistry. She is constantly networking with professionals from many of the major metropolitan areas who are involved in all of the various fields that deal with beauty and aesthetics. This networking along with continuing education and training, keeps her abreast of the latest innovations and industry advancements. Rozan is an active member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP). Active members must meet the highest standards for safety and technical expertise. As a member of this organization, we are kept apprised of developments and techniques in the industry, through regular announcements and newsletters as well as conventions and educational conferences with our peers. Rozan was elected to the “SPCP Board of Directors” in March 2007. The SPCP is the largest governing organization in the world for Permanent Cosmetics. It is Rozan’s great honor to represent this global organization locally as well as internationally. In her own work, Ms. Cloud (Rozan) insists on the highest standards of safety. She implements the same medical sterilization standards and procedures adhered to by physicians; in accordance with the CDC (Centers for Disease Control).
