Max & Erma's

Max & Erma's Restaurants owns and operates more than 70 full-service restaurants at various locations throughout the United States. Its menu includes a variety of salads, sandwiches, burgers and entrees. The restaurants offer various types of desserts that include chocolate cakes, caramel fudge cheesecakes, cream pies and sundae bars. Additionally, the restaurants serve a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, such as beer, wines, spirits, iced tea, coffee, lemonades and various types of milk shakes that include vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. In addition, the restaurants serve fried chicken salad and French onion soup. It has one of its locations in Erie, Pa.
