Historic English Schoolhouse

<p>Completely remodeled inside and out, the Old School is doing double duty as a meeting place for events and as a very comfortable home. The 4000 sq. ft. gym is the main meeting place and there is also a health inspected catering kitchen attached. With a stage, lighting and sound your guests will be impressed.</p> <p>Banquet Hall now and one of the last community schools back when, this school served hundreds of children from 1929 to 1963. Restoration began in 2001 and is ongoing. From 1964 through the late 1990s it was home to the Carrollton, Ky. Cabinet Factory. Beautiful original hardwood floored gym that still bears the marks of the Carrollton Cabinet Factory. Many of the students that square danced in the gym as children worked in that same gym during the 30 plus years the cabinet factory was open.</p>
