Good Earth Restaurant

Good Earth Restaurant, with locations in Edina and Roseville, Minn., is a casual that serves naturally prepared food. Its menu items include vegetable bean soup, Greek salads, Thai chicken pizza, turkey burgers, bison burgers, vegetarian enchiladas, steamed salmon, juices, smoothies, fruit spritzers and natural shakes. Good earth has a party platter menu that features muffins, coffee and tea service, pies, cakes and other bakery items. The restaurant also offers its entire menu for takeout. Good Earth is a subsidiary of Parasole Restaurant Holdings, which is based in Minnesota. Parasole, founded in 1979, also owns Manny s Steakhouse, Chino Latino, Salut Bar Americain, Figlio and Muffuletta.
