Established in December 1984, Frank's Dixie Meat Center and Catering strives to bring Brazoria and surrounding counties the best product available at affordable prices along with great customer service. Frank's is a full service retail and wholesale meat market featuring choice beef, pork, poultry along with fish and shrimp. Frank's is also well known for their own homemade smoked sausage. We also have a complete line of our own seasonings. Frank's offers catering for your special events from casual to formal, along with concession and restaurant supplies, and deer processing. The holidays bring special items such as smoked hams and turkeys, and a favorite our own Cajun Smoked Turkeys. In 2011, Frank's Dixie Meat Center was able to add a lunch menu, which is served Monday through Friday, 11:00 am - 3:00 pm.
