Dr. Martin Fox has been in practice for over twenty years and is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), which is the nation's most prestigious organization of board certified plastic surgeons specializing in cosmetic surgery. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).Originally from New York, Dr. Fox earned his medical degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. He completed both his general surgery and plastic surgery residencies at the Albert Einstein Hospitals in New York. He also completed an additional fellowship in hand surgery at the University of Louisville. Dr. Fox was also board certified by the American Board of Surgery and obtained the Certificate of Added Qualifications in Hand Surgery.Dr. Fox is also a member of the Ohio Valley Society of Plastic Surgeons, Kentucky Society of Plastic Surgeons, American Society for Surgery of the Hand, American Association for Hand Surgery, Kentucky Medical Association and Jefferson County Medical Society.Dr. Fox is a published author on numerous medical topics and shares his expertise as an assistant clinical instructor in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. During his years in practice, Dr. Fox has been called on by the media many times to comment as an expert on cosmetic procedures.
