Training packages at Foundation Fitness are not rated "by the hour", but "by the lifestyle". We promote custom lifestyle fitness packages. Rates are based on your availability to work out, number of sessions per week you are willing to dedicate to yourself and your fitness goals. We will do everything we can to promote a fun, active and healthy lifestyle. We will motivate, inspire, encourage and reassure you that all things are possible - your fitness goals are only the beginning.
