Criteria Labs

Criteria Labs goal is to be the No. 1 semiconductor services and engineering company in North America. It works with its clients design teams to develop back-end semiconductor services, such as wafer test programs, final package test software and hardware and to develop devices and initial product samples. These services decrease costs and significantly improve cycle times. Criteria Labs employs nearly 80 professionals in two locations. Its 40,000-square-foot facility in Austin, Texas, features a 6,000-square-foot clean room and an 8,000-square-foot test engineering development department, and its Penrose, Colo., location is the largest dedicated tape and reel facility in the United States. Criteria Labs originated as a spin-off company from Ross Technologies in 1998.
