Balanced Health Acupuncture

Maria Antonopoulos is a graduate of the New York College of Health Professions where she earned a Master Degree in Oriental Medicine. She is a licensed New York State Acupuncturist and a Diplomat of Acupuncture (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). Maria has helped many people get back on the path of healing and well being using acupuncture, various relaxation techniques, essential oils and Chinese Herbal Medicine.


While acupuncture can help a myriad of conditions, Maria has had great success with helping migraine sufferers. Maria believes that a great number of our physical symptoms start with stress that has become difficult to deal with and in her practice she has a particular focus on helping working parents get relief from the physical symptoms and fatigue that come from juggling a stressful life. In addition, in order to accommodate the working individual, Maria schedules appointments as early as 7 AM on certain days and as late as 7 PM on others. She has offices located in Baldwin and Wantagh.
