Bad Brad's Bar-B-Q in Yukon opened on Route 66 in concession trailer in June of 2001. Bad Brad's then found their current building a little further west on Route 66 on May 3rd, 2002. Bad Brad's does all their smoking with all natural wood on custom built smokers. No artificial fuel is used, only wood, which gives Bad Brad's their special brand of bar-b-q. With the traditional "low & slow" brand of cooking, they have been a state favorite since they came onto the scene. Serving up traditional pork spare ribs, slow smoked pulled pork and beef brisket. They also carry polish sausage, ham, smoked bologna, pork tenderloin, hot links, chicken and Kansas City style burnt ends.
