We have traversed the continents to bring you a world class selection of beer and ale, from the hoppy British bitters to the dark lagers of South Germany, from the classic Pilsners of Bohemia to the arcane fruit beers of Flanders, from the craft micro-brew beers of the US Pacific northwest to the finest Michigan micro-brews. At Ashley's, there is always something new to try and explore. In addition to our wide selection of beers, we have a diverse menu of food that is made to order from the freshest ingredients around. Our kitchen is open late seven days a week and our chef's create unique items that always go well with beer, like our Stilton fries and our premium burgers are made with Certified Angus Prime Beef and are crafted into mouthwatering combinations.
