Owner Lance Simone has run other restaurants before, but 72 Degrees is the first he calls his own, and business has been good in its first few weeks.
WHY VISIT: To run the kitchen, owner Lance Simone brought in a chef who honed his skills in Miami, "so he has a cool flair," Simone said
ORDER THIS: "One of the most popular dishes is crab cappellini," Simone said of the entree, which is angel hair pasta twirled with sauteed crab meat, plum tomatoes, scallions and Parmesan.
