Classic dishes, such as flaming fajitas, are offered with traditional ingredients, such as chicken and beef, as well as with more contemporary combinations such as shrimp, Portobello mushrooms and asparagus. Chevy's also serves a variety of enchiladas, including traditional chicken and beef, as well as crab and shrimp enchiladas, spinach enchiladas and artichoke and Portobello mushroom enchiladas. This contemporary adaptation of a traditional dish is a characteristic of the Chevy's menu.
