The restaurant s menu features onion rings, hickory-roasted meat, barbecued strawberry hill polish sausage, ribs, seafood and hickory-barbecued beans. It also offers private dining for various events and family celebrations, such as business gatherings, seminars and wedding rehearsal dinners.
