What to expect from each session:
Assisted passive and dynamic stretching with pressure point and muscle activation therapy
•A metabolic conditioning workout tailored to meet your ability level
•Conversation regarding your path towards weight management, strength gain and nutritional health
•Each session is around 45 minutes. No nonsense. We are efficient with our time and this allows you to prepare yourself for your day.


PRICING

10 One Month Personal Training (3 sessions per week) $450 (two months minimum to begin) -Add a person for $225

20 Minute Assisted Stretching - $25

30 Minute Mobility - $30

Online Personal Training - $150/monthnecessary
